Beloved brother of Late Amitha M Cadabam has been the driving force behind Cadabam'S activities and he never tires of aiming at better heights. In the past 15 years, it has been his never give up spirits, enthusiasm and foresight that have taken Cadabam'S to what it is today. Though a tough task maker, he is dear Sir to the staff members and a parent figure to some residents and a friend to all. With the vast experience of taking care of both Amitha the girl behind the cause and the "Amitha" the center for several years, TRI-STAR CARE will bloom under his care.
Tri-star Care is the result of demand by several families that they want for their wards, a life with dignity, which Cadabam'S has always provided, but also a classy residence unique in comforts in the genre of Rehabilitation centres. The result is Cadabam'S TRI-STAR CARE
"Arpitha" is set up by Cadabam'S Charitable Trust (R) to provide treatment, care and rehabilitation to the Mentally ill at an affordable cost where the residents will live in dignity in an atmosphere of love and kindness. It is a long cherished desire of the Trustees, to bring quality Mental Health Care to a larger section of society who value quality combined with economy and Arpitha is the answer to it.

Mrs. Sudha R. Cadabam, a science Graduate would have just ended up as a Housewife, if Mr. Cadabam M. Ramesh had not entered into this difficult area of Mental Health Care. She has stood by her husband in all the difficult situations and is the moral source behind him.
She is the favorite "AUNTY" to all staff and residents irrespective of their age. She manages he role as a wife, daughter-in-law and a mother very beautifully in spite of her participation in the day-to-day functioning of the center activities. Her commitment to the residents' care for the residents of AMITHA & ARPITHA along with her husband has given immense peace and solace to many a family.

Ms. M. K. Saraswathi, a Masters Degree holder in Psychology from Mysore university joined CADABAMS as its first Counsellor, way back in 1993, in it's infancy. From day one to this day, she has a steadfast loyalty to the organization, and is consistently striving to improve the functioning. Her devotion the the cause is exemplary. As Director of Cadabam'S TRI-STAR CARE & ARPITHA, she brings with her a fund of experience as Psychologist & Administrator and will be an asset, as she has been to Cadabam'S While Mr. Ramesh envisioned, It is Ms. Saraswathi who by her dedication and hard work has made that vision come true, structurally qualitatively & professionally. |

The young Director is a graduate of Business Management. A person of a very cheerful disposition, he will take over day to day functioning of "TRI-STAR".
His domain as Director encompasses a variety of function and will be responsible for running the center professionally meeting a high degree of qualitative standards. He will coordinate the various of the Families expectations towards the Care and Rehabilitation of their wards.
Mr. Anathrag, is one of the liveliest persons in Cadabam'S Campus and is at home at once with all classes of people to use a common cliche the princes and plebeians.
